  Made a call waited 10 minutes and hung up in two seconds when they couldn't hear me. Could have waited a bit longer. Secondly, when I asked the hygienist, she did say the follow up of that appointment was free. And when I call and make that appointment, they wanted to charge every penny of it. I am SICK OF IT.

  My 8 year old had to have a tooth out due to an abscess. Her dentist was brilliant. She was a bit scared, but he put her completely at ease and had her laughing and smiling nearly the whole way through.
